Eligibility

At Suburban we welcome referrals from returning patients as well as new patients.  To be eligible for our services as a patient, you must have a referral for the requested services from your primary care physician. If you are unsure if you meet our minimum eligibility requirements, please call our main office to speak with one of our Clinical Managers at (617)-264-7100.

In an effort to better serve our patients, we accept a wide range of insurances for our services. If you do not see your insurance listed below, please call our office to speak with one of our Clinical Managers to discuss your options. In addition to the list of insurances we accept, patients also have the option of paying out of pocket for any services they require.
