  1. Assessment and Evaluation of client’s needs.
  2. Create plan of care as ordered by MD.
  3. Manage and evaluate effectiveness of the treatment plan.
  4. Evaluate and instruct medication compliance.
  5. Evaluate for signs and symptoms of de-compensation.
  6. Foster Milieu therapy.
  7. Instruction of disease process, coping skills, and problem solving.
  8. Provide supportive counseling and behavior modification with an emphasis on independence.
  9. Intervene and resolve social and emotional issues.
  10. Administer Risperdal (Consta), Clozaril and Holdol injections, and blood draws to monitor drug level and liver function etc.
